Episode 57
My guest is Greg Horn. Greg is the Founder and Executive Director of Hope is Here Ministries and the Lead Pastor at Gardenside Christian Church.
We talk about how Greg moved from feeling hopeless after a flood in Cynthiana destroyed his grocery store, leading to him losing his business, home, and marriage in a twenty-four-hour period.
Later, after three friends committed suicide, he began Hope is Here as a radio program and podcast.
Today, Hope is Here has grown to be involved with the local mental health and faith-based communities where Greg provides presentations and helps facilitate workshops and conferences.
He also works with other nonprofit organizations to help a variety of people who are struggling.
Drop in on our conversation as Greg describes what happened in 2001.
