Karen and I enjoyed our first visit to The Stave, which is a Kentucky Bourbon Trail Restaurant and Bourbon Bar in Millville Kentucky in Woodford County near Frankfort. It’s right on the bank of Glenn’s Creek.
There are three outdoor seating areas, and we chose the elevated deck next to the creek.

The Stave is located between Woodford Reserve Distillery and the Glenn’s Creek Distillery and the newly opened Castle & Key Distillery on McCracken Pike!
We enjoyed The Stave Chili, Soup Beans, Corn Bread, Pimento Cheese Bites with Pepper Jelly, Boiler Maker Beer Cheese, Bourbon Bread Pudding, and Sweet Tea. It was all EXCELLENT. We will be going back. And soon.
